I have not cooked ribs before, these are quite thin, I’m planning on cooking at about 275f indirect for 2 hours. Spray with a mix of apple juice and apple cider vinegar after an hour. After the first two hours wrap in foil with some bbq sauce for another hour then check internal temp with a thermapen and if around 205f they are done.
I was unsure if to go direct or indirect but as I have only lit the KJ in one place thought I’d try indirect.
Any tips appreciated or if you think I’m doing anything wrong. 😀
