I picked up one of these (never opened) – what is a vegan dough recipe I can use that will work with this?
I picked this up cookie maker at an auction house along with some other delightful 70s cookware. I’m really keen to use it but unsure of what vegan compatible ingredients and portions I should use. Any suggestions?

You can use any kind of pipe-able dough in these. You can search spritz cookies, or piped shortbread to find recipes.
Here is a recipe I’ve used a few times to make Viennese whirls and they’ve come out great. Can’t remember where I found it though, I think I veganised a non vegan recipe:
1. Beat butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add vanilla and beat 2. Add flour and starch, beat until combined into smooth paste. 3. Pipe into whirls and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes

This is in German but Google translate should take care of it. I make them every Xmas https://byanjushka.com/spritzgeback-mandeln-vegane-weihnachtsplaetzchen-7612/#wprm-recipe-container-7634
Frozen water, pressed into shape.
No seriiusly, very cold, very fine grained polenta. Needs some practice, but is surprisingly good!
Soaked, warmed, refreezed. It’s a little battle…
