Cowboy butter might be the best steak sauce that you can make here’s how we make it we’re going to start by throwing two tablespoons of green onion into a bowl followed by 1 tablespoon of parsley and a half a tablespoon of minced garlic a half a teaspoon of paprika and an e teaspoon of cayenne pepper followed by a pinch of salt and pepper and then we’re going to give this a mix once this is ready to go we’re going to set this off to the side and start in our sauce pan we’re going to turn our burner on low and in our saucepan we’re going to throw in a half a stick of butter followed by 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 tbspoon of mustard we’re going to get that mixed up and once our butter is completely melted we’re going to throw in our other ingredients and then we’re going to let our butter simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes or until we’re ready to use it this Cowboy butter makes for the perfect steak dipping sauce

So many mustards so what one?
👍💯
Minus the Parsley!
Would you mind if I borrow your recipe and add a little bacon fat to it??
Wooden spoon pleeeaaassseee
You might want to throw out that pot. You already have scratches in the Teflon. Never use metal utensils to cook in pots like that.
Nope
Nothing is BETTER than my HEINZ 57 ! ! !
When he said "mustard," he meant mustard SEED. Not ground mustard. Not Dijon mustard. Definitely don't squirt French's Yellow Mustard. Unless you LOVE the pungent taste of mustard, use seeds only.
Now add a side of Roosevelt beans and save my place at the table; I'll be right over!
A properly seasoned steak don't need no dipping sauce buddy
Brilliant! I'm going to try that. I never liked the taste of beef much away. Nothing like drenching a steak in a a bunch of strong flavors so you can't taste the steak at all. I'm sure all the great cooks would agree. Thank you for bring some common sense to the world!
In the future i think you should do voice overs. That spoon scratching experience was chalk on a board for me😱😱😱😅😂
A small silicone spatula would stir it without the annoying metal spoon scratching sound on the pot. Otherwise, good recipe for those that like it hot!
Looks very tasty
Looks good, but the dried parsley is almost useless. Use fresh.. or at least freeze dried…
Metal on a nonstick is a sin
Praise God for the one reading this:

Cowboy butter is good but Au poivre is king!
Lost me at the mustard
Steak dipping sauce? If you cook a steak right you dont need to dip it in anything, cowboy. Why ruin it?
I gotta try that 👍
Nothing says uncreative dipshittery like slapping cowboy on the name. This only worked once and it was followed by Bebop. I've seen cowboy church, cowboy steak, cowboy caviar, cowboy country. And there's probably maybe a thousand actual cowboys around. And then, cowboys wouldn't put cowboy on the front of a description, they wouldn't call it cowboy coffee, they'd call it fucking coffee. God damn some people have zero creativity.
If your steak is seasoned correctly with salt and pepper, and cooked medium rare, it should need nothing else. Put your butter on the baked potato and leave your steak alone.
Everybody cryin about the metal spoon on the metal pan. That didnt even bother me really.
What bothered me was you being 3 ingredients ahead in your voiceover
Pretty fancy for cowboys
paprika tastes nothing
Ypu broke your sauce
More like cheap cafe de parie
This is how to not get followers
Dude you need to learn how to mix
