Buffalo Cauliflower Bites infused with Green Dragon Tincture

Ingredients
– all-purpose flour
– garlic powder
– onion powder
– paprika
– salt
– black pepper
– cauliflower, cut into large florets
– Melted butter
– Hot sauce
– lemon pepper seasoning
– 3 – 4 mL of green dragon tincture (optional)

Step 1
Season clean and chop cauliflower florets with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients – flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3
Add seasoned flour to caulflower florets, stir to coat them evenly.

Step 4
Place them in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.

Step 5
In a bowl, melt some butter and add in your hot sauce and lemon pepper seasoning.

Step 6 (optional)
Infuse the buffalo sauce with Green Dragon Tincture.

Step 7
Toss the crispy cauliflower florets in the buffalo sauce, making sure they’re all coated.

Step 8
Enjoy with some ranch dressing on the side!
