I wonder if you could put in a 311 report about that, I don’t know but suspect that sign is supposed to be visible to potential customers

Easily reportable to 311, there’s a section to report this specific thing.

Report it to 311 and spread the word on other socials. Not okay.
Harrys in FiDi does this by not putting it at their main entrance

Mamazul Mexican Grill on Broadway & 27th has a hidden C rating posted by their left side door that is not used. It’s behind plants and extremely hard to see, while their main door is right on the corner. I see the place packed every time I walk by.. Good luck to those people.

I stopped going there when I found out it’s co-owned by the Sacklers so this behavior doesn’t surprise me

What would get someone a B rating? Really have no reference for the various ratings

Semma did the same thing recently- I don’t know if they changed it

That’s a $1000 daily fine and also maybe obstruction of a commissary order violation.

Emmy Squared in Park Slope hides their C rating. I was hoping they would fix it since last summer, but nope. Mice still running around on their most recent rating.

Eh, that’s just obscuring it with a plant.
It’s definitely not creative, compared [to other examples](https://www.reddit.com/r/mildlyinfuriating/comments/17re5u7/trying_to_hide_your_inspection_grade/).

Marseille in Hell’s Kitchen did the same thing with their C rating.
Put it behind a plant on a side entrance that’s unused.
B = Stay away
Same thing with Mace.
If McDonalds can get an A these businesses have no excuse
