I have a leg of lamb that is slightly too long for my slow cooker. It squashes in enough to put the lid on though! My question is will it still cook properly? Lol

Only if you sear it and properly season it first

It’ll cook fine! Follow a good recipe!

I stuffed mine with garlic clove and sear it in butter it shrinks up enough for my crockpot, but you’ll be amazed at the end of your cooking time how much it really does shrink up and instead of water, I use 2packet of friendship mix and cook it on low for eight hours. Fabulous it just shreds apart.

You need A LOT more seasonings in there. Otherwise it’ll be fine. I never sear anything and it always turns out good.
