So I spent the last road trip I was on eating a bag of Doritos, some chocolate, and caffeine. It was about as unfortunate as it sounds. This time I decided to prep snack boxes for each day using fresh fruit from the local farmers market and a few other much healthier snacks. Feeling way better/more alert this time around and everything tastes great.

Ingredients:
Cantaloupe
Strawberries
Honeycrisp Apple Slices
Grapes
Boiled Egg
Dill Pickles
Cheddar Cheese
Pepper Jack Cheese
Sartori Bellavitano Merlot Cheese
Cinnamon Granola
Pistachios – chili roasted and sea salt & vinegar

  1. Looks good and way better thank fuel stop junk food but look and ziplocks, reusable bad or plastic containers next time. Glass, even pyrex, on a road trip is a pain to deal with.
