    I’m the same way when it comes to the timing of my meals. But this has next to no protein? Protein (whether it’s chicken, chickpeas, or something else) is essential to feeling satiated. Idk how you’re not starving within 2 hours of eating this.

    If you want to not be hungry, I’d build better macro meals. 600 calories of carbs is hardly a “shit ton” of food.

  5. Are you vegetarian? A can of chicken added would be nice, for protein.
