    Hello new brother! Agree, too much. I like to cook to rare and slice and toss a slice in a pan with some beef broth and cook it to the individuals preference depending on their relation to me. If it’s just a guest, they can kindly leave.

    To be totally fair, you did forget to trim the fat cap a bit. That top layer is quite inedible.

  9. That looks pretty rough. Not necessarily too rare but kinda hacked up. Maybe use a sharper knife.

  15. Could use a better crust (high heat for 15 minutes or so), but the internal is spot on med rare.

    Edit: And you should prolly get a new family.

    Yea I gotta be honest. The left side of the meat looks wicked. That probably turned them off.

    It almost looks like ground beef.

    I wouldn’t eat that. Especially that part on the left. I’ll go medium rare. This ain’t for me. The fat looks overwhelming and unrendered.
