Seeing as there’s lots of added sugars and oils, i’d say yes, it’s 100% possible. The chicken is listed to have both brown sugar and normal sugar, for example.

  2. Yeah and its 80% the rice/quinoa. Make this a salade and add more chicken

  3. I would guesstimate this bowl as 600kcal rice, 200kcal chicken and 100kcal leftover and rounding up. And if the smoothie around 150 ish.

Yeah, most likely due to all the ingredients they have supplied into this; you’d be better off making this exact same thing from home for no more than 500 calories.

  5. You’d be amazed how calorie dense a lot of sauces can be. Lots of oil and sugar.

It has 60 grams of fat! That’s 540 calories alone. Fat is really sneaky, but the sauce, rice, and chicken are smothered it seems.

Does the 990 include the sauce/mayo? If it does it’s probably less than that, depending on how much they normally use.

If you got it without the sauces it is less than stated

I think this is overthinking the process to be honest. The restaurant told you the calories… log it and move on with your day!

Obviously Idk what your calorie goals are but all things considered I’d say this is a relatively healthy meal
