Bought a twin pack of some of the best marbled ribeyes I've seen in a while for a really great price for prime. The catch? They were a little under an inch thick. Still came out really good tho.

    I was going to say that they look great for how thin they were and that you did a fantastic job, you said that same thing in your comments, nothing wrong with that cook , it’s hard to get the right thickness in pre packaged meat , the butcher is the best option unless you buy it whole and slice it your self. Easy enough if you chill it down in the freezer for 40 min before you cut it up , just don’t forget about it and leave it in there.
