###Instructions
1. Slice tofu into triangles and pan fry or air fry with olive oil (or any other neutral oil) until crispy. 1. Mix all the ingredients needed for the sauce – sesame oil, soy sauce, coconut sugar, gochugaru, garlic, scallions and toasted sesame seeds. 1. Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and braise it for a few minutes, letting it soak up all the flavor. 1. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
