Give this taziki dip a try. I served it with seasoned pita chips and it was incredible. Fresh and healthy. I made a cucumber relish. You want to use a good quality Greek yogurt. Add in your grated cucumber, fresh dill is a must. Grated garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and vinegar with some olive oil. I served it with seasoned pita chips. And if you know me, I like some fusion, so I added a dollop of chili oil. It took it to another level, but that’s optional. Perfect with a cold beer. So good. You got to try it.

Tzatziki DIP & seasoned pita chips
perfect appetizer or dip and topping !!
Tzatziki:
1. 2 cups, plain Greek yogurt, whole milk or non-fat
2. One large English cucumber, grated , skin removed
3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
4. 4 garlic grated
5. Juice of one lemon
6. 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
7. 1 tablespoon olive oil
8. 1 teaspoon vinegar- optional
Cucumber relish : mix together
1. 2-3 mini cucumbers cut into quarters
2. Pinch of salt and pepper
3. 1/2 teaspoon or more crushed chili flakes
4. Squeeze of lemon
5. Olive oil enough to mix
1. Remove the skin of your English cucumber and grate cucumber.
2. In a clean kitchen towel add the cucumber twist to remove all of the excess water.
3. In a nice serving bowl add 2 cups of good quality Greek yogurt.
4. Add in the grated cucumber, Chopped dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
5. Mix well.
6. Top with olive oil, cucumber relish, and garnish with dill and lemon slice.
7. Serve with pita chips, seasoned pita chips, crackers or vegetable slices.
