Kick up your marina with some heat. Here’s my version of moz sticks with Calabrian chili oil marinara. Beats by my old high school roomie AOBeats!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Calabrian chilis
1/4 cup honey
1 cup marinara sauce
Mozarella cheese
2 cups panko
1 cup ap flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
Frying oil

1.) Mix together honey, Calabrian chilis and marinara.
2.) Mix egg with water
3.) Dredge mozzarella into flour, then egg wash, then panko, then back into egg wash and then back into panko
4.) Freeze the mozzarella overnight
5.) Heat up oil to 350 F | 176 C
6.) Fry mozzarella for 2-3 minutes
