Fully restored (by hand) vintage Weber Genesis 300 “Redhead” 3-Burner Gas Grill. All internal components have been replaced by new original factory Weber parts. Everything on the outside of the grill was restored by hand in my shop, Including all new wood. I restore a couple of these per year as a hobby, you can’t even buy Weber quality like this anymore even when new. Anyone else out there have this unique hobby?

This is a master class in restoration. Unbelievable job on one of best looking grills of all time.

I came across one of these for free a month ago. Your grill looks gorgeous. If you don’t mind me asking. How much did it cost to replace all the internal components?

  3. What did you do to the inside of the base? Sandblast? I’ve never seen the inside of the base in raw aluminum

Do you re-sell any of these after you’re done refurbishing them?

    Great job.

That’s absolutely stunning. My grandfather had the same one. Used it for over 25 years. Thing was a champ. Thanks for this touch of nostalgia! Enjoy using it!

Hands down the best looking Genesis I have ever seen. That’s gorgeous, man. How hard was it to source the original parts?

We had our redhead for 15 years. Made a believer out of us.
