


Still learning my way around my Ninja FlexFlame, but reverse seared some filets for the family on Mother’s Day.
A touch overdone, I roasted until 110 and then let them rest and seared all sides on the griddle until the middle was 130. I think I should have pulled it at 125ish and let it rest longer. I’ll try that next time.
