Welcome to the Salad Lab, where we’re making fabulous salads every day. Today we’re making the viral BBL salad. I don’t know how much science is behind this one, but the dressing look good. You start out with extra virgin olive oil. I have about 1/4 of a cup. Equal parts lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. I have 2 tbsps of each. 1/4 of a chopped white onion. 1/4 teaspoon of flake sea salt. Two cloves of crushed garlic. And I always use my lemon zest in my dressings cuz it always adds more flavor. 3/4 cup of yogurt, 1/4 cup of tahini. Going to use my old Tik Tok scraper, and one of my favorites, pomegranate molasses. I could not find the original creator for this, but I’m tagging Renee, who made it viral. That’s delicious. Then we add a can of chickpeas cooked to bake cooked. Then we added a can of chickpeas cooked in baking soda. We’re pouring in a can of garbanzo beans, a pinch of baking soda, chopped cherry tomatoes so we don’t have a soggy salad, and chopped parsley. I used the whole bunch. It’s about a cup and a half. Don’t know if it’s going to give me clear skin, a flat tummy, and a BBL. And toss. And I’m having it with a nice black tea with mint. Enjoy. I’ll let you know if I see any results.
