So we were hosting our extended family at our house for easter (around 45 ppl) and I really wanted to try to make a grazing table.
I have to admit that i am very proud with the results! It turned out (IMO), very professional for a first time trying!
My guests were very pleased! 😃
A few remarks:
1. 90% of what was on the table was eaten, no not a lot of waste.
We bought way too much cheese, that wasn’t used on the table, but it’s okay, we had cheese for the following 2-3 weeks
There was one soft cheese and no one touched, it was the only thing on the table that was not pre-cut. There was a knife in the cheese but no one bothered to cut it lol!
One hour prep the night before to precut the grapes into smaller pieces, precut the cheeses into slices and fold salamis into the different type of shapes, all stored in tupperwares, so the day of, it was mostly assembling. Bread and cold pizzas were cut the day of
It took me around 45 min of assembling the day of. I started by placing the dips, then the crackers, then the cheeses, then the cold cuts, then the pizzas, bread. The fruits/nuts/olives to fill the gaps
I watched a lot of videos & pinterest to het inspired!

So…much…food. Seriously it’s beautiful, and a great way to serve 45! Bravo.
Did you do a full dinner after or was it just the grazing ?
You nailed this!
Amazing!
Amazing!! I thought this was professionally done!
I’ve seen here that you shouldn’t put meat near fruit. I think it makes sense and holds merit.
First? Very nice.
That’s a gorgeous charcuterie board!!
