    Interesting, never seen anybody split it from the bottom side before

  2. Look delish. I tried to cook lobster SV once, but the shell kept punching through the bags when I vacuum sealed them. I even tried to double bag them to no avail. I guess I had a very spiny lobster… Will try again, given your results!
