For restaurant quality fajitas, simply marinate 2 lbs of ribeye or sirloin 4 hours or overnight. Cook them on high heat with sauteed peppers and onions. Blend 1/3 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tbsps woristersha sauce, 3 tbsps of olive oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tespoons cumin, 2 tesps chili powder, 1 tespoon smoked paprika, 1 tespoon kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, one beef bullion, and four teaspoons dried cilantro. Now mix.
