Monday:

breakfast: sandwich with ham and cheese and veggies.

snack: carrots, raddishes and cucumber.

lunch: creamy, cheesy garlic mushroom risotto (white mushrooms, garlic cloves, italian herbs, arborio rice, spring onions, peas, parmesan).

Tuesday:

breakfast: omelette with spinach and onions (husband also have salami).

snack: small charcuterie board: cheddar with chillies, brie, salamini, gherkins with chilli, spicy chorizo.

lunch: mashed potatoes with chicken drumstick (husband: wings) and a salad (greek yoghurt, cucumber, raddish, rocket salad, spring onions).

Wednesday:

breakfast: omelette with onions and tomatoes (husband also have spicy chorizo).

snack: roasted carrots and parsnips with corriander and feta.

lunch: gnocchi (butternut squash, onion, spinach, gnocchi, mushrooms).
