I can see a novelty appeal of this with groups. You show up with 10-12 other people, and they make you this to cut up and share. You get the quirk of a giant ass burger, and it’s genuinely enough food to feed a large group. So it’s understandable in that context.
As a single portion meal… Man, how much of that is ACTUALLY getting eaten? Even if you can take the leftovers home, your bread is going to be disintegrated by the next day. Lettuce and vegetables are going to be gritty after the following day. And it’s only a matter of time before the meat and cheese go a similar route.
