I’m new to this volume eating thing and it has been the easiest change of life I think I’ve ever had. My question, however, how much is enough and how much is too much? Is it based on individualized macro plans or is there a basic principle to it? This is 290 calories, 23 carbs, 12 fat, 30 protein. Delicious, but just kind of looking for more basic information than the science-speak stuff I’ve found on Google.
