While I was sick and in the hospital last year, I made a promise to myself that when I got better I'd buy a smoker.

Well, I've been back home for a year and I can eat most proteins again.

I have some chicken thighs brining overnight and I can't wait to fire this up tomorrow!

Hope you’re prepared to be addicted. 😆 good to hear you’re feeling better. Now go smoke something.

Mane I gotta pellet grill and they suck when it comes to flavor. I’ve only used it twice. Prolly gonna switch to an offset smoker for more “smoke” flavor.

I have the one with a gas grill on one side and a pellet smoker on the other. Love it!. Just a suggestion: if you have never used one of these, I suggest getting a cheap pellet tube to burn when you are smoking. Pellet grills do not make as much smoke as you may expect and the tubes work wonderfully. Leave the lid up until it is smoking so you don’t blow the lid off, and keep your pellets in a closed container (Sam’s has a good one cheap) and that includes emptying your hopper after each use. They absorb moisture easily and will not smoke or feed correctly when they get moisture in them. Have fun, they are great little units.
