this meal prep was very easy and came out really tasty.
chicken:
soy sauce, brown sugar, msg, chili, green onions, garlic ginger marinade for a few hours and then broil 5 mins each side (i butterflied the breasts so less thick)
fried rice: 4 egg yolks tossed with day old rice. want to coat the rice before cooking. in a screaming hot wok: onions and garlic until fragrant, then add the rice and cook, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt. mix in pre-cooked peas & carrots, and the scramble egg whites
the fried rice stays nice all 4 days, really enjoy this meal prep
