    I agree! The pizza I will have tomorrow is waiting in the freezer for me. For the rest of the day I plan on a bit of rice with sauce and a noodle soup or something like that. Mostly broth and only a few noodles. I love it like that anyway. Also still ~1700 calories saved in my “savings account” for sweets.

    Dynamite Chicken Loaded Fries
    RECIPE

    Ingredients:
    * Cubed boneless chicken marinated in salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, soy sauce, dried herbs and a little cornflour
    * Onion, sliced
    * Bell peppers, sliced
    * French fries (optional added paprika)
    * Mayonnaise
    * Sriracha
    * Sweet chilli sauce

    1. Marinate the chicken cubes and set aside.
    2. Heat your oil of choice in a large frying pan and fry onion until it’s just started to go transparent, then add the bell peppers, cover and allow to soften. You may want to add a little salt at this point depending on how much you’ve put in the chicken marinade.
    3. Once the veg is mostly soft, add the chicken and cover again until cooked through.
    4. Meanwhile, cook the fries in an airfryer or oven. I added paprika to them but this is optional.
    5. To make the dynamite sauce, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and sriracha. (I think you’re supposed to add chilli garlic sauce as well as spring onions and sesame seeds but I didn’t have any.)
    6. Plate up the fries, add the chicken and veg mixture, then top with the dynamite sauce.

    Notes:
    * To lower calories, you can leave out the sauce as it tastes fine without it.
    * The cornflour can also be left out to lower calories.
    * Use reduced sugar or reduced fat sauces to lower calories further

    Best part of calorie counting; if you can wait for the next day to eat :p

    Although usually blowing all of my calories on something tiny leads to regret, and I start making better choices.
