Hey GSF fans, let me show you how to make these delicious Greek lemon potatoes with garlic and oregano. We’re going to start off with some Yukon Gold potatoes that I cut into wedges. About a pound of potatoes. And then we’re going to put those onto a sheet pan and cover in some extra virgin olive oil, some chopped garlic, some dried oregano, salt, and pepper. And we’re going to pop those into a 400°ree oven for 15 minutes. Pull them out. We’re going to transfer them to a glass baking pan and add a cup of chicken stock. Back into the oven for another 15 minutes. And then we’re going to add a cup of lemon juice. And then back into the oven for 35 minutes until they are brown and done. We top them off with a little bit more oregano. Great addition to our Greek meal. [Music]
