    Not as chewy as roast beef… not as boring as chicken.

    Boneless Lamb Leg – trimmed of all fat

    Heavily seasoned in bag

    134 F for 12 hours… into Ice Bath, then refrigerate.

    Use trimmed fat in pan w/ eggs for breakfast, or incorporate into homemade sausage for a punch up nobody will be able to figure out.
