there’s no way that is 51g of granola
i eat 30g of granola everyday and it doesn’t even come close to this. i think your measurement is off

What brand of granola is that?
kompotnik
I’ve been having pretty same variation of yogurt bowls every single day for weeks now and it’s really helped me stay on track and reach my goals! It’s easy having a set breakfast every day because then the days are easier
Have you tried adding some sort of seeds, like chia or flax, for added fiber?
Also it’s so sad how high calorie granola is! I try to have like 15 grams per day but it feels like nothing lol

I’ve been eating some variety of vanilla Greek yogurt and fruit with a serving of the Catalina Crunch cereal. 11g of protein for 110 calories, and it satisfies my cereal cravings (for obvious reason). Plus, it doesn’t get soggy quick. Another option for your morning yogurt if you want to shake that up.
