Hello from Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua México

Made these for lunch yesterday.
Used ground beef 90/10 mixed with ground pork.
The picture of the patty doesn't show but I seasoned with just salt, pepper, garlic powder and a small dash of "jugo maggi" a liquid seasoning popular here that has a distinct umami-rich flavor (truthfully idk what it is, lol)

The cheese is a nice good 🧀 cheddar, which costs triple what our local cheese does but I splurged. Bread is bimbo brand, thick cut "artisan bread". One slice got mustard, the other got mayo. Lettuce and tomato are my only veggies. I tried to make some caramelized onions but I burn them EVERY TIME 😡 had to discard.

Overall I was happy the way these turned out.
