For marination of chicken fillets :
– 8 chicken fillets
– 2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp black pepper powder
– 2 Tbsp vinegar
– 2 Tbsp peri peri sauce
– 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
– 2 tsp chilli flakes
– 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 2 Tbsp mustard paste
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tsp dark soya sauce
– lemon juice of 1 lemon
– 6 Tbsp oil
– 1-2 Tbsp oil for cooking fillets
For Sautéed Vegetables :
– 2 Tbp butter
– 1 cup boiled carrots
– 1 cup boiled beans
– 1/2 cup boiled peas
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
For Mashed Potatoes :
– 3 Tbsp butter
– 1 Tbsp oil
– 3 medium potatoes (boiled and very finely mashed)
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 cup milk
For Moroccan Sauce :
– 4 Tbsp butter
– 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
– 1/2 cup chilli garlic sauce
– 2 Tbsp peri peri sauce
– 2 Tbsp chilli sauce
– 8 Tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1 Tbsp soya sauce
– 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
– 1/2 tsp chicken powder
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
– 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
– 1/2 cup cream
– 1/2 cup milk
