  1. Cheesy Garlic Bread Without Oven

    Servings – 3

    INGREDIENTS
    Butter – 80 grams
    Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
    Mashed roasted garlic – 1 1/2 tablespoons
    Pizza seasoning – 1 teaspoon
    Green chili – 1 tablespoon
    Coriander – 1 1/2 tablespoons
    Butter – 1 tablespoon
    Water – 1 tablespoon
    Pav buns – 4
    Mozzarella cheese – 100 grams
    Pizza seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon
    Chilli flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
    Coriander – 1 tablespoon

    PREPARATION
    1. In a bowl, add 80 grams butter, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 1/2 tablespoons mashed roasted garlic, 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning, 1 tablespoon green chili, and 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander. Mix well.
    2. Place a pav bun on a board, spread the prepared mixture evenly on it.
    3. Add some mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning, chili flakes, and coriander on top.
    4. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, then add the prepared garlic bread. Pour 1 tablespoon of water into a bowl and place it in the pan.
    5. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
    6. Serve.
