I wanted to add this photo of my attempt/adaptation of this post,
https://www.reddit.com/r/ketorecipes/s/XqkRsP8ioD, but it doesn't appear that's possible, so here's my version.
- 6 oz. ground beef, browned with cumin and garlic powder;
- 1/4 cup caramelized onions;
- iceberg lettuce for wrap;
- 1/4 cup diced fresh cherry tomatoes;
- 1 oz grated cheese;
- 1 Tbsp. tzatziki;
- 1 oz. Duck paté
The earlier recipe called for yogurt sauce.But I didn't know what kind and I didn't know what spice s/he used so I opted for cumin and tzatziki. I substituted duck mousse for the foie gras since that was what was easily available and probably more humane.
I used Trader Joe's caramelized onion cheddar, but found that to be too rich. I'd use plain cheddar next time.

That looks incredible! Nicely done
Looks great, feel sad about whatever knife is being used to cut through the foil. 😢
