recipe breakdown on slide 3. This container is a 2.7cup rectangular. I used 35g Millville (Kodiak would work too) pancake mix, 15g ryse blueberry muffin protein powder, 50g egg whites and 50g unsweetened apple sauce (banana would work too) mix together and add water until you get a slightly runny consistency and microwave for 2.5-3 min. I added half the blueberries into the batter and the rest after. I topped mine with 60g sf chobani greek yogurt 🙂 optional: for more volume I added 5g of oat fiber. Totally not necessary but I wanted to experiment and it came out great.
