I asked my boyfriend if he wanted to see the tofu I cooked and he said no so I figured I’d share my tricks 😅🥰 After several different recipes and cooking methods I’ve found the best way to make crispy restaurant-style tofu at home is with POTATO starch. It’s completely different from corn starch flavor-wise and crisps it perfectly. It comes out too dry in the air fryer so if you really want to air fry your tofu I would use a wet batter, other than that deep frying it comes out perfect. I personally suggest marinating the tofu first and perhaps tossing seasoning into the potato starch coating.

I forgot to mention you gotta make sure the tofu doesn’t touch when frying or else it’ll stick to itself
