How would you cook this? What would you have it with? I don’t have a grill, only a range.

    133-137 for 24-36hrs

    I did 137 for a bit shy of 24hrs (probably closer to 18) and it wasn’t as nice as the previous one I did for the full 36 (don’t remember temperature but it was in that range) so go for at least 24hrs

    I put one in the sous vide early this morning at 137. I came home this afternoon and my wife asked what are we having with the Chuck roast tonight… Nothing, it’s for tomorrow night 😉
