I've always loved Ceviche, My wife and I used to live off the stuff when we took cheap vacations to Utila & Roatan. I've always found it hard to order though when we go out to dinner and I see it on a menu as I'm usually in the mood for something a little bigger and hotter.

Malagua knocks it out of the park, and ceviche is pretty close to the only thing they serve other than micheladas (just the mix, byob), and a soup. They have two kinds, regular and red, with fish, shrimp, & octopus as protein options. $24 for a large portion with tostadas. It's got a cool little tropical sitting area too.

It's a tiny little trailer on Brandt Ln. off of E. Slaughter, It's here, I promise. Not sure of their hours but Ive gone on Fridays and Saturdays around 5. I can't find anything about them online. Use translate or point at the menu if you don't speak spanish. Parking is, well…I made it work.
