Some of you may have seen all my previous posts on croissants. And I think I’m finally getting a good and consistent result on them. Here’s a picture of bicolor croissants, not they’re not stuff with raspberry or anything but they could be. And yes there’s a cross section waiting for you on the lasts pics 🙂
I’m now an happy and fully accomplished grown man

    The croissant is named as such to mock the French. When the Ottoman (Islamic) empire besieged Christian Vienna the French refused to assist. They put European politics over what were seen as the obligations of their faith. They shape of the crescent /croissant
    is a constant reminder of that.

    Vienna was saved by Polish cavalry, the legendary winged Hussars. They wore ornate wings riding horseback, it’s worth googling.
