For extra authentic points, next time try it on split-top white bread bun like they do in Thailand. Add some toppings like sweet corn, toasted mung beans and peanuts for extra measure.

It’s sooooooo good. They had a salted egg yolk flavor even me, a full Asian, found a bit funky but my german bf loved it. The thai tea flavor is also everything!
