Had some friends over on the weekend, and cooked up a Caribbean feast!! Here was the menu: • Coleslaw • Roti • Plantains • Jerk Chicken and Jerk BBQ sauce • Braised oxtail with butter beans • Rice and Peas Drink: • Rum punch – complete with Appletons and Overproof. Dessert: • Tres leches pineapple coconut cake
