Probably the best CA Roll you’ll find.
$8 for a giant roll using quality and delicious ingredients. It’s a nice homage to the “western” style sushi that I’m not ever disappointed in

That actually looks good.
I can’t stand seeing rolls with the imitation crab stick, intact.
Imitation crab should be shredded up and mixed with a *little bit* of mayo, like they did here.

I could pick those CA rolls out of a line up blind folded. my sister regularly goes there on her way down south to visit us and gets sashimi, the karaage, the spam rolls, and the CA rolls for my kids. I’m not sure why those CA rolls are so good. visually, you would think the amount of krab is too much, but damn if they aren’t the best.

I’m obsessed with this place. Their karaage with the dip is out of this world. Also love that 18 roll tray they have that’s salmon, spicy tuna, and yellowtail for such a good price. Might have to grab this for lunch now
