In this video we make our version of a Cioppino which is an Italian tomato based seafood stew. We amp up the flavor with Louisiana spices and fresh seafood from Joe Patti in Pensacola Florida. We made a homemade stock using blue crabs and grouper back bones. For our seafood we used royal red shrimp calamari rings and bay scallops.
