It’s my birthday and I’ll have a sugar explosion if I want to!


Full disclosure: it's my first time frosting a cake, so the cookies are there to hide the atrocious job I did lol. Also, I only have one 8" cake pan, so I took the first layer out too soon, and it collapsed. Glad this one is for me! Now working on my Japanese curry dinner with a self-mixed spice blend 🥰
