    All of the bread looks amazing, the pretzels look great.
    My first instinct though: anyone else prefer their bread without… stuff in it? Like just plain, delicious, lovely sourdough? I am european, I wonder if that plays a role in taste?
    I aporeciate the artistry and skill at work here.
