Nailed the wings tonight on the Joetisserie. 400F for 30 minutes covered then 10 minutes uncovered for crispiness. Tossed in a chunk of applewood for some smokiness.

I assume you used the rotisserie basket, is that true? by the way the wings look great This is a cook that I’m looking forward to do as soon as I find the small set up spikes to attach to the basket. I seem to be missing the smallest one so it would only work on the larger Joe, which I don’t have. Thanks for the post now I have an idea how to set it up.
