“vortex” does wok very well! This little kettle does it all

Slow n sear for smoking and grilling, rotisserie /pizza oven attachment and now this for stir fry. I've had this for about 4 years now, it gets more use than my offset because it's so versatile and I'm only cooking for two or three people mostly.
