I try to eat this Monday-Wednesday and change it up the last 2 days of the work week. So far this lunch keeps me full and satisfied.
Watermelon, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Turkey Slices with Dijon Mustard and a boiled Egg. Roughly around 375 calories.

U could shred a rotisserie chicken instead of having processed meats. I’m in Texas and a pack of ham is like $6, but so is a chicken lol. Your prep is Well balanced though for sure
