I’ve been enjoying these for about 2.5 years now as my go-to work lunch with hot sauce. I’m open for other suggestions that have a similar taste/texture & price point! (about $2.50 per can)

King Oscar is priced similarly. I like the Mediterranean style with olives. They also have mackerel and some other varieties.
Why are you keeping the boxes?

Why stop now now? Are you starting to develop flippers by chance?

didn’t someone post yesterday that Costco has 6 for $10 with a $3 off coupon at the moment?

I’d say Mina Sardines, which often sell in bulk on Amazon and elsewhere for slightly less than Wild Olanet, are more appealing. The olive oil is better, the Atlantic pilchards are better, and the preparation/processing is well-done, all in my not-particularly-humble opinion. Mina also offers lemony and spiced versions, which to me would be nice if I was fixing to buy three years’ worth of tins.

If you’re in Canada Brunswick!

I agree with the Mina suggestion. For a slightly higher price, I really like Bela – firmer fish, good oil, several flavor options. I can get them at my usual grocery store for about $3 when they go on sale fairly regularly.

50 pack of Moroccan Spiced Sardines on Amazon for $2.28 a tin. IMO a far superior deen! Your post reminded me and I just ordered a case out of tariff-based paranoia.
