Get a meat thermometer next time. How long did you cook it for?

I’ve eaten worse. Although, I’d probably boil this meat to be safe. This looks gnarly.

Bruh, heat up a pan on the stove with a little olive oil. You know its hot enough when you can flick a little drop of water in there and it pops. Then add your meatballs and brown them up, then lower the heat a bit and let it cook until the juice coming out runs clear. Should take like maybe 10 minutes probably and you will end up with something that’s safe and actually tastes good.

It’s usual to eat ground/minced beef between a sandwich where I am from. Don’t know the health code in other countries but I heard it’s uncommon in US for example, don’t know if this is true. I’m eating steak tartare on Saturday, that’s raw to. In our butchery we always prepared with caution, had to be handled cold, cold material, pregnant woman can’t eat it, had to be daily fresh, ….

I’ve learned more about how incompetent people are at cooking from these food subs than I have anything else.
