    I know the sous vide chicken is controversial here, but I really don’t mind it in this dish.

    So easy, this dish. It’s a prep and bake. I added a little of my own salsa and Taco Bell sauce into the mixture.

    This claims to make 6, but the filling fills 5 much better. I only eat 2 anyway, and my husband eats 3. So it works out fine.

    I had an orange bell pepper and 3/4 of a red onion on their last leg, hence the fajita veggies on top. Just sauteed them down good with some garlic and seasoned with taco seasoning/salt from the pantry.

    I just had these yesterday. I liked the chicken filling but I didn’t care for the green sauce, it leaned more towards sweet than anything near spicy
